It’s easy!  It works like this:

1.   We conduct a “walk through” of your home.

2.   We write down staging suggestions as we

      go.

3.   At the end, we review all of the suggestions

and comments with you, and we'll leave you

      with a comprehensive written report.

Did you know that homes that are staged sell faster, and for 6 to 10% over the listing price? You want to make your home stand out above the rest. Call us before you put your house on the market!  Transformations by Jill will give your home that “Wow” factor, keeping a buyer’s eye in mind.

4.  You choose whether or not you would like to stage your own home

using our suggestions, or have Transformations by Jill stage it

     for you.

Home "staging" is the term used to describe the process of preparing a home for sale by giving it a model home look. Most home sellers cannot view their house objectively. If you can’t see objectively, you can’t package it effectively. Staging a home statistically has been proven to boost its selling price. Your home will be shown in its best light to potential buyers. Well staged homes are a win-win situation for both the listing agent and the seller. Failure to capitalize on this advantage is unfortunate for both - so take advantage of the opportunity.

1.  We discuss all of the staging suggestions provided in the Home

Staging Report and agree on what must be done.

2.  We talk about which home staging service is right for you:

  • Staging using only your own furniture

  • Staging using our furniture and accessories

  • Staging using rental furniture and accessories

3.  We give you “homework” - this is where we give you time to paint

(if needed) and to go through the Home Staging Tips.

4.  Once all of the homework is complete, we return to your home, with

everything we need to “do the job”.

5. We work with your room’s architecture, focal points and traffic flow to

reposition your furniture and place your accessories to show off your

home, and make sure each room appears spacious.
