How we Care for your Clients
Client care is our business. We know you are expecting us to be respectful, ethical, trustworthy, and professional with your clients. We also know you are expecting Transformations by Jill to handle the tough issues by working directly with the client to declutter, depersonalize, clean, update, upgrade and overall help them see their home as commodity.
Step 1: Introduce Us – Contact us (either you or the client) by filling out the Consult Request Form. We will immediately receive an email with all the details. We take it from there and keep you in the loop 100% of the time.
Step 2: Schedule Consult –We will contact your client to schedule the consult. If you wish to be included, let us know.
Step 3: Meet with Client – We meet with your client and perform a thorough walkthrough of the home (both inside and out). Afterwards, we give them our consultation notes via the Pre-Listing Staging Checklist which contains the homeowner’s list of items to complete.
Step 4: Determine Staging Needs – During the consult, we determine if additional staging is needed. If so, we provide a quote onsite or send an estimate within 2 business days.
Step 5: Set up Staging Appointment – If the client needs additional staging and has agreed to have our team stage the home, we set up the staging appointment.
Step 6: Contracts & Payment – We send the client the staging contract and payment options. We collect both prior to staging.
Step 7: Staging Day! Our team stages the property and leaves it picture ready!
Step 8: Photos and MLS – Photographer takes pictures of the property and the Realtor lists it.
Step 9: Property Sells! –We won’t have to wait long because the targeted buyer will love the property!
Step 10: De-Stage Day – Once the property has a contract, a home inspection and appraisal, it is time to de-stage the property.
End Result: You look like a rock star with an amazing team!
