Home Staging sells homes!

You’ve heard it before — “your home is your most valuable asset.”

Transformations by Jill takes the time to evaluate your home, discuss goals and options, and then customize services for you.

We work to help you sell your home, listing, or investment property–in the shortest amount of time and for the greatest profit.

Professionally staged homes typically sell 2-3 times faster than non-staged homes.  Statistics show that the best exposure for your home is during the first 3-5 weeks that it is on the market.

95% of homes stages by APSD accredited staging professionals sell within 27 days or less.

Home Staging Consultation

We conduct a walk-through of the property with you and/or your real estate agent.  We provide a check list of what needs to be altered, repaired, cleaned, removed and/or stored.  After the consult is complete, we provide you with a staging estimate for your occupied or vacant home.  We work with any budget and homes of all sizes.

Home Staging Transformation

Once your check list is complete, we set a date to rearrange your furniture, art, accessories, potted plants and lighting so your home shows to its fullest potential. If you need to move your belongings out of your home before it is sold or if you need to update the look of its interior, we can help you. We have an inventory of tasteful furniture, accessories and art work available for rent.

Costs of NOT Staging

As a homeowner, you may be reluctant to spend money fixing up a house you are selling.  But, can you afford NOT to invest in selling quickly or for top dollar? How much is it costing for you to carry the mortgage month to month?  Are you putting the rest of your life on hold while waiting to sell (i.e., rescheduling family time, putting off registering for schools. etc).  What is it like to live in a home that is spotless and “buyer ready” all the time?  Think about all the take-out meals, cleaning services, pet boarding, etc.   The bottom line is this:  when there are multiple houses for sale in an area, the house that presents the best is the one that will sell the best.
