Home Staging Consultation

We conduct a walk-through of the property with you and/or your real estate agent.  We provide a check list of what needs to be altered, repaired, cleaned, removed and/or stored.  After the consult is complete, we provide you with a staging estimate for your occupied or vacant home.  We work with any budget and homes of all sizes.

 

Home Staging Transformation  

Once your check list is complete, we set a date to rearrange your furniture, art, accessories, potted plants and lighting so your home shows to its fullest potential. If you need to move your belongings out of your home before it is sold or if you need to update the look of its interior, we can help you. We have an inventory of tasteful furniture, accessories and art work available for rent.
