Jill Johns

Jill started this journey in 2012 working with hundreds of homeowners, realtors, investors and builders by assisting them in preparing and staging their properties for sale.

Jill’s marketing program has a far reach within the Richmond community. Her blogs and posts pertaining to education are often shared among other stagers and realtors who follow her. A strong Google presence, beautiful website, and social media presence, plus excellent client services has earned her company 5-star ratings!  She is a popular guest speaker at realtor meetings and events–covering topics such as what’s trending, best use of color, and why stage in a seller’s market–all while promoting the staging industry as well as other stagers in her area.

Jill remains active with national staging associations.  She served as board member with the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) for over 6 years and served as President of the local chapter for two years. A lifelong learner, Jill participated in the Home Staging and Redesign Alliance (HSRA)’s  2020 Growth Development Program, an intense training platform for seasoned stagers. Jill knows the importance of mentoring others, and she regularly brings in college interns eager to learn the business. Jill is continually winning awards from this organization.

Jill is an advocate of supporting local home stagers, believing that “we are stronger together.” Jill is often contacted by other stagers to discuss difficult procedural issues and strategy. She has hosted several RESA Chapter events at her large warehouse, sharing all her secrets with her fellow stagers.

Asked what she is most proud of, and Jill will say, “First and foremost, my family, but I am also proud of creating a company from the ground up that fosters professionalism, positivity and learning.”
