Consult
Within an hour, we will review the property, discuss your goals, the scope of the project and your timeline. Consults are offered for $195.
Based on the consult discussions, we can then provide customized recommendations for your project to include a refresh, design package and/or installation. Pricing for the 3 options below are dependent on square footage and number of rooms within the scope of the project.
Refresh
If your property just needs updating, we can provide written recommendations for paint colors, kitchen and bath improvements, accessories and furniture placement. You can do it yourself, or hire us to professionally implement those recommendations.
Styling
If you are interested in pursuing a design plan, we can provide a plan tailored to your needs. With this option, we provide a color scheme, theme, and general furniture and accessory recommendations. The goal of a professional design plan is to set your STR/MTR apart from all the others.
Install
We do all the work. We take the design plan and implement it. We can install everything from furniture, accessories, bedding and linens, comfort items, luggage racks, coffee bar, and more. We think of everything, even hairdryers and hangers! Install packages are tailored to your budget.
