What’s New for 2026

Consultations

To provide a seamless selling process for your clients, we have been working on enhancements to our consultation process.  Our goal is to give homeowners clearer direction and a stronger buyer impact—without adding stress to the selling process.

Although keeping up with inflation and our competition is important to us, we want to make sure you and your clients continue to receive exceptional value.  As of today, our Professional Staging Consultation investment will increase from $195 to $250* and will now include 4 additional value-added services. While our consultation reports are already comprehensive, these enhancements elevate clarity, prioritization, and overall market readiness.

Consultations – Current Offering

  • Post-consult report emailed immediately to clients – once the consult is completed, the room-by-room consultation report is immediately emailed to you and your client so that they can take immediate action.  Statistics show that clients are more motivated to make the changes suggested immediately after the consultation.  Waiting for a report lessens the motivation to take action.
  • Priority recommendations – at the end of the report, we indicate the top 3 priorities that we want the homeowner to focus on. This is especially important when the homeowner is easily overwhelmed or has a lot to do to get their home ready.
  • Password-protected Seller Prep Resource Library – we currently provide a resource area on our website for information such as top paint colors, finishes, fixtures, etc.  They are provided with the password in the post-consult report.  

*Occupied in-person consults for properties less than 3,500 sq ft

Consultations – New for 2026

Buyer Impact Priority Snapshot, which highlights the top changes that will most influence buyer perception.  This snapshot gives your client more information about the top changes (based on national statistics) that can impact the sale of their home.

Value to your client: We include information on what matters most to buyers, why it matters, and where to focus first.  This is a printable information sheet.

Audience: This is a great tool for clients who are a little more skeptical about the need to prep their home for sale.

Customized Paint Colors now included in the post-consult report, which are specifically selected for your client’s property.

Value to your client:  We will now provide written recommendations on specific paint colors for walls, ceilings, and trims.  No more waiting – it’s right in the report.

Audience: This will impact those clients who are ready to paint their spaces, either themselves or via a contractor.  We often see that some contractors, who pick the paint colors, are not aware of the paint trends or paint colors that are statistically proven to help sell homes.

A curated Seller Preparation Timeline, that will help your clients understand what to do before the staging appointment, the photo appointment, and showings.

Value to your client:  We have tasks categorized into a simple timeline, starting with 3 – 4 weeks out, and ending with what to focus on the day of a showing. This is a printable information sheet that can be used as a checklist.

Audience: For those clients who are simply overwhelmed by the number of tasks needed to be completed before listing, or for those clients who like a good checklist.  This is an especially useful tool for our elderly clients and first-time sellers, who may need a reminder of what to do and when to do it.

A complimentary Post-Consult Follow-Up Discussion via phone or email to ensure clarity and confidence in the information disseminated during the Professional Staging Consultation.

Value to your client: We know that selling a home can be a stressful process.  We want to offer additional support for those clients who need it.

Audience: Some of our clients have expressed interest in having a follow-up conversation to either go over the recommendations again, now that they have had a chance to digest them, or to ask follow-up questions that have come up since the consultation.

Photo Prep Consult

We have had an overwhelming number of clients who have expressed interest in having us swing back by to look at all the hard work they have achieved, and to give our thumbs up on their preparedness.  In response, we now offer a “Photo Prep Consult” – which is $150 for 1 hour**.  This is typically all they need.

Value to your client: This consultation is an economical way of giving your clients peace of mind that they are ready to go and that everything is in order.  If anything is out of whack, we will do our best to take care of it during this time.

Audience: For our clients who have completed their preparation homework and would like expert feedback and final refinements before their listing photos are taken.

Extended Service Areas

In our commitment to being your one-stop shop for Professional Staging Services, we are now offering our services up to 1 1/2 hours from Richmond, including areas such as Tappahannock, Montrose, and Newport News. We do charge a travel fee for those areas.

Value to your client: You’re expanding your service areas, and we want to support you! You can now rely on your “go-to” staging company to support you and your clients in these areas.

Audience: Your clients who live outside of Richmond and still need our expertise and staging know-how.
